We called for service for our printer and Luis came in. He responded quickly. While he was in our office, he was very professional and knowledgeable on the printers we had in the office. We had to order parts in which he was also helpful in providing the exact detail of the machine as well as providing us a discount code to help with our order. In addition, he offered to provide us with a backup machine while we are waiting for the parts to be delivered. Once it was delivered, Luis returned back promptly and was able to fix both my printers. Service, courteousness and cleanliness of his work was superb!!!
